your first visit to our office, we request that you come about 30 minutes prior
to your appointment time. Please bring a government issued photo ID your insurance
card and plan policy booklet with you. If you need to cancel your appointment,
we respectfully request you try to let us know 24 hours before your scheduled
appointment.

Resolution
of your painful problem by conservative measures is always the goal. However, there
are occasions when surgical treatment may be suggested by one of our doctors.
Insurance
We accept a wide variety of insurance plans and policies. Medicare
patients are welcome. We
will try to advise patients in advance if treatment required is not a covered
benefit under their insurance policies. Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us with
at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to
give you appointment time to another patient. Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
Call 210-477-FOOT (3668) and a doctor will be contacted immediately.
Telephone Calls to the Doctor If you
have medical questions which only the doctor can answer, a message will be taken.
Your medical file will be given to the doctor who will review it, and return your
call. If your question is non-medical, a qualified staff member will be pleased
to assist you. Billing
and Payment Policies Insurance will be billed as required by contracted
insurance plans. Patients will be responsible for any deductible, copayments or
unpaid balances.
